Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Krafted Labs™. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.

1. Nature of the Service

Krafted Labs™ provides custom digital services, including done-for-you Shopify store builds, design work, automation, and digital training. All work begins immediately after checkout to meet our stated delivery timelines. Because of this:

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed
• Buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or changes in personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds
• Planning not to use the store does not reverse work already completed

2. No Cancellations / Accidental Purchase Claims

Once an order is submitted:

• The customer has actively completed a multi-step checkout process
• Payment is authorized via credit card or approved payment method (including Apple Pay)
• Store creation and design work begin immediately

Claims such as:

• "I bought this by accident"
• "My child or family member made the purchase"
• "I no longer plan to use the store"

do not qualify for cancellation or refund, as the service has already been initiated.

3. Done-For-You Store Refund Eligibility ($20 Store Offer)

1. Active Shopify Subscription

• You must maintain an active Shopify subscription for 90 consecutive days
• The store must remain active and accessible during this period

2. No Sales Generated

• Your store must generate $0.00 in total revenue
• Any sales activity, even $1.00, disqualifies the refund

3. Training Completion

• You must watch 100% of the training videos provided upon store delivery

4. Proof Submission

You must provide:

• 90 days of Shopify billing statements
• Store analytics showing sales activity for the full 90-day period

4. Optional Bonus Refund (+$50)

In addition to the $20 refund, we offer a $50 bonus if all standard refund conditions are met plus the following:

• Run at least one TikTok Ads campaign
• Minimum spend: $50
• Campaign duration: 3 consecutive days
• Campaign must promote a pre-loaded store product
• Campaign must follow our provided setup guidelines

This requirement demonstrates a good-faith effort to implement the system provided.

5. Inner Circle Mentorship Refund Policy

Refunds for the Inner Circle Mentorship are subject to the following strict conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• You must not have consumed more than 10% of the course content
• Watching more than 10% of the course immediately voids refund eligibility, even within 7 days

Refund requests must be made directly through the private Slack channel provided at onboarding.

6. Non-Refundable Products & Add-Ons

The following products and services are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they are considered delivered or used immediately upon purchase:

• Google SEO Guide
• Fast Shipping & Supplier Lists
• 70 Products Upgrade
• Static Ad Templates & Custom UGC Ads
• V.I.P Inner Circle ($497 Offer)
• Partnership Program

7. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

Done-For-You Store Refund Requests:

Email support@ecomsites.design with the subject line:
"Refund Request – [Your Full Name]"

Include:

• Order number
• Shopify billing screenshots (90 days)
• Store analytics showing sales data for the last 90 days

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

8. Policy Updates

Krafted Labs™ reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

9. Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
